Speak Up Integrity Hotline

Report a Concern Online

The online platform makes it easy to anonymously report an incident about workplace issues; unethical behavior; or suspected violations of the law, workplace safety standards, or company policies and principles.

Report a Concern by Phone

If you would prefer to speak to someone, a neutral third-party representative is ready to assist you, in English or Spanish, with an anonymous intake by phone.

Report a Concern by Text

If you are located in North America, you can also anonymously text a concern, in English or Spanish, and a neutral third-party representative will process your anonymous intake.

When you speak up, you
Do the Right Thing.

We empower our Team Members to speak up when they have concerns to help maintain At Home's culture of prioritizing ethics. We encourage you to have open communication with your supervisors, especially with respect to day-to-day matters that occur in the workplace. But we realize that sometimes direct communication isn't appropriate. The Speak Up Integrity Hotline is an accessible, easy-to-use tool that allows all Team Members to feel comfortable and secure reporting concerns about workplace safety standards, violations of company policies, or violations of the law. It is also available to anyone who needs to report fraud, conflicts of interest, financial practices, privacy and security concerns, and other ethical issues.

At Home's Speak Up Integrity Hotline is supported by an organization called Convercent. Convercent is an organization dedicated to building best-in-class ethics and compliance solutions. It provides the infrastructure of the Integrity Hotline and employs neutral, third-party representatives who are available to answer your calls and texts (anonymous or otherwise). Convercent's employees have no affiliation with At Home, allowing Team Members to share concerns or report incidents, while easily maintaining anonymity and fostering an atmosphere where every voice is heard.

After you submit it, your incident report will be received by Convercent and sent to the individuals deemed appropriate within your organization. Your organization handles all incident reports according to its internal investigatory procedures.

In all instances, every effort will be made to ensure that information relating to a reported incident is kept confidential and communicated on a need-to-know basis only. Below are the different levels of anonymity you may select:

    • Remain completely anonymous: You will not reveal your name or contact information. Your identity is completely protected on the incident report.

    • Remain anonymous toward your organization: You are comfortable revealing your name and contact information to Convercent, but not to your organization. Convercent may contact you confidentially to gather additional information about the report yet will not reveal your identity at any time to your organization.

    • Share my name and information: You do not care about anonymity. You choose to reveal your name and identity to both your organization and to Convercent.
